Anhui Like-minded Receives Philippine Customers and Energy Storage Lithium Batteries Cooperation Draws Attention

On November 20th, a delegation from Philippine Lemon Energy successfully concluded a two-day visit at the Anhui Like-minded New Energy factory. The two parties reached a preliminary cooperation agreement for the supply of lithium iron phosphate energy storage batteries, with the first order expected to support three distributed photovoltaic energy storage projects in the Philippines.

The delegation included advisors from the Philippine Department of Energy and executives from Lemon Energy. They focused on inspecting Like-minded's intelligent production lines and laboratories. In the fully automated assembly workshop, they observed the production of energy storage batteries with an energy density of 180Wh/kg and expressed approval of the production line's 90% automation rate and the product's 6,000-cycle lifespan.During technical exchanges, Like-minded demonstrated a battery solution with high-temperature stability, adapted to tropical climates, capable of operating in temperatures above 45°C. This solution precisely meets the power supply demands of Philippine island regions.

“The Philippines is advancing its 2030 target of 35% renewable energy, creating a huge demand for energy storage batteries to support the grid,” stated the executives. They added that Like-minded's modular design offers flexibility for both residential and commercial scenarios, and its CE and UN38.3 certifications enable rapid market entry. The two parties finalized a 200MWh pilot order, planned for a pilot project in Cebu. Like-minded's general manager revealed that the company has dedicated production lines for the Southeast Asian market and will optimize products according to Philippine energy policies. An official from the Hefei Development and Reform Commission noted that this collaboration provides a model for Yangtze River Delta energy storage companies to enter the Southeast Asian market.
